anyone here use FIOS, looks good but would like opinions from real users before taking the plunge

Sometimes I like to watch the flags in the peer list of uTorrent with the resolve IPs option ticked, and after awhile I've got a sense of who's who and where. I'm pretty sure that keo72467 (http://www.yeeshkul.com/forum/member.php?u=3726) (I get moonwall speeds leeching from keo!) and kbrubaker (http://www.yeeshkul.com/forum/member.php?u=19637) have FIOS. That's all I can think of, and I don't really want to speak for anybody else and hope they don't mind my mentioning. Awesome thank you's to people with primo speeds that choose to spend time here. They don't have that service in my country, so I just putter along with a heavily throttled 15:1 cable.

thanks, maybe i'll contact them to see what they have to say. on paper at least fios looks real good, decent speeds and no limits on up or down loads.

Yes FIOS is very nice from all those I have talked to. I believe they have a 15/15 package for around $70 a month or something like that. Blazing fast upload speeds right there and no limitations like you mentioned. Check into it. I did for myself and it's not available in my area :tear:

high speed online, something Verizon is doing here in the usa. just easing into it state by state, but eventually it will encompass internet, landline phone, cell phone and tv.
