View Full Version : My version of Breathe; ( Music from the Body)

2008-10-21, 08:33 PM
Last friday I sat alone doing nothing so I thought that I would record a song. And I had thought about Roger Waters' song Breathe. So that's the one I recorded :) (I actually did it for my girlfriend because she loves that song :D)
It took about 40 minutes to record and it came out so good that I want to share it with all of you.

So here you have my version of breathe.
(I did it all myself, guitar, bass and both voices)
Since it only took 40 mins to record and mix and all, there is propable a lot that could be better, so if you have something you think could be better then please say so :)

Hey thanks a lot man

The guitar I used for this song is a Samick KSCT-417CE
(Thin line acoustic electric classical guitar, spruce top, rosewood back, sides & set neck. Rosewood fretboard, headstock & bridge, 19 frets, standard gears, 4 band EQ, slotted headstock gloss.)

I have attached a picture of it if you are interrested.
It is a very nice guitar with a great sound.

progfrog99 don't download the stereo version as it cuts 1:20 into the song, I don't know why. The mono version is just fine and sounds just as good. The stereo version is actually not that good since I haven't got the instruments propably set for stereo yet. It's like the guitar is in the left speaker only, the bass in the right etc.
So download the mono version instead :)

I removed the two links so that people wont get confused ;)
