If you see any in your PM inbox report it immediately, preferably by 'CONTACT US (http://www.yeeshkul.com/forum/sendmessage.php)' or a PM to the mods.
If I feel the need I'll put a further condition on who can and can't send PMs - probably based on the amount of posts that they've made.
Users sending spam will be banned immediately.
