High one and all ....
Here's another nice one .

Wojtek's Page of Bootegs

Venue: February 27th, 1977 Olympiahalle, Munich, Germany.

From low gen tape. Very good sound, better than other circulating shows from this date. Absolutely error-free version. Speed corrected. No digi clicks. Disc's division compatible with the course of the show. Retracked. Balanced. Connections between tracks corrected.
This is - in my opinion of course - one of the best performances from this tour. I like this show very much.

i have the same version and another one called "band is just fantastic" but i think both went thru some lossy compression. see attached

this recording and the recording from feb.28 (rec1) both have problems on one of their channels on their masters (some masters sources i saw of this concerts note that problems), and on this verisons from high generations than the masters the problem seems to be solved, because it sounds leveled, no channel drop, nothing, so could be that the reason? I mean a remasterization to fix the channel drops? I checked the frequencies too and they doesnt look good. But I dont think this is lossy, Wojtek use to transfer the tapes himself i think, and this is a release of him so i guess he transferred this from a cassette or might got it from a reliable source at least. Who knows. cheers.

Thanks for that screen shot of the wav spec FOP. To me that is a clear sign of some EQ'ing and/or NR, most likely EQ'ing. I did some experiments reducing hiss with EQ and the wav spec looked like that. I haven't listened to the show in a long time but is there hiss, is it noticable?

There is no noticeable hiss.
All is nice n clear , except sometimes the
bass can be considered to be a little saturated..
It's a keeper ;)
