Paypal tightened up their Acceptable User Policy and now they require pre-approval be sought to receive payments or donations for any type of file-sharing website.

I've sent in my request, but I'm not that hopeful in success.

From the sound of things, they're cracking down on multiple sites. Paypal shut off the accounts of a couple of other tracker sites.
