EAC extraction problems

I've been trying to extract some wav files from a CD-R using EAC, but it is showing all sorts of errors and wont extract some files. The disc plays OK. Any ideas?

Although the disc plays o.k. and all, perhaps you could provide a screenshot or describe some of the error messages here for more information? Does it play okay on the machine you're using to try to extract?
