Ripped from silver discs, this show was announced as being from the 14th November 1974.....seems the bootleggers got their wires crossed as it is actually the 15h November 1974 but it is an uncirculated new source and in my opinion the best version so far.

Default Cool. I look forward to listening to this.

    Thanks, for seeding.

Now that I've been able to listen, I'll say thanks again. This recording is noticeably better than the one I had.

Quality wise, what grade do you give it?

Wasn't this the last time real Floyd played Echoes properly without the sax solo? That makes it extra special.

Best sounding I've heard from this date.

Been waiting on Dime and now here for someone to offer some info for this supposed new source. Someone on Dime said they checked it against the others and it was definitely different but they didn't offer any qualifiers. Is it recorder1 or 2 from the 15th? Is it definitely not the Audience rec from the 16th or 17th? Its very unusual for a bootlegger to release a new source/recorder, they almost always copy a previously seeded version thats perhaps been remastered. The included atwork doesn't even included Echoes.

I DLed Echoes and checked the spectrum in EAC. It cuts at 17k, probably was 16k before it was boosted. Appears to be lossless, probably an MD gen or everything was cut above 16k with an EQ. New source from a bootlegger?

I don't know much about this boot. I haven't downloaded it and am not in a rush to do so surprisingly. I am glad it's being torrented here though, that way maybe only a few people bought the original but many many more get it for free.

It's not the 1st time that a boot label has released something new though. Sirene did it with the Winterland 1972 release which featured a whole new day that was not circulated, not commonly anyway. 1972.09.23 was the day I think, unfortunately it was processed like this with probably 0 chance of a raw version ever surfacing... scum sucking boot labels

Me neither, especially not if it's a bad rip with glitches in Echoes. I also am waiting to hear for certain that it's a different recorder -- we already have two very nice recorders for this show, so...
