Does anyone know of a free program that will let me burn multichannel (4.0) DVD-Audio discs? I have some old quad recordings that I want to burn and listen to. Any info or technical assistance is appreciated, thanks!![]()

Assuming that you already have the AUDIO_TS folders, there's Burn for Mac, which does exactly what it's name suggests. For Windows, you can try DVDA-Author, which I guess allows you to author and burn discs.
I looked at DVD-Author, but its really weird. You have to input tons of code and some other bullshit I don't know how to do.![]()

I tried their demo and it told me "Clock manipulation detected" and quit. Webpage says to make sure the clock is set right. It is... ...
But anyway, is this also the real deal for high res surround on blu-ray disc images too? What about with video? I might just take a chance and buy it.

Jim,
I don't believe it will do video. Still images with high res audio I think is about as sophisticated as it gets. It's an audio program first and foremost. It was originally designed to author audio dvd's and dvd-audio discs (however it will not import or compress to MLP) and recently they added basic blu-ray audio burning.
