Saddest news to me in 2012!

we met a couple of times and we had fun, talk, music, tapes, beer and all this stuff. last time we saw us in berlin 2011.

he knew a lot of music and Life

This is extremely sad news. I would like to extend my condolences to Rolf's family and close friends.

Rolf was firmly at the top of the Pink Floyd collecting tree, yet always generous with information and pleased to help. He told me he was unwell but always played it down and I had no idea about the gravity of his situation. We last exchanged emails a couple of weeks ago and he ended by asking me how I was getting on with tracking down a recording we shared a mutual interest in.

Rolf was a great guy with a huge passion for the Floyd. He will be greatly missed.

Grollsch, even though i, like so many others on here only met him through the innerweb was very fond of his posts, and his general knowledge, Floyd not in the least...strange that someone just recently posted that thing about preserving our stuff after we pass away some day, now that day has come for poor Grollsch.
