    Default Help me find the footage of a ticket scalper at a wall show?

    I recall quite clearly footage of some guy, scalping tickets in a pink floyd parking lot, the wall era, explaining why he thinks it's ethical.
    another guy chimes in about his sleeping bag being stolen & it being unfair the other guy has a handful of tickets.

    it could have been a news blurb, dvd extra, bonus footage or whatnot, but i KNOW i've seen it,
    the only question is "where" did i see it?

    anyone?
