Only now the bluray has stopped working ...
I wrote to mail@aecreate.com for the replacement but I only got automatic replies, I believe it is no longer active.
I especially miss version 4.0, I have 5.1 in SACD.
Is there a mkv version (or something similar) of 4.0 with audio like bluray?
If I understand correctly in the US version the bluray does not deteriorate. Does the US version have region free DVD / bluray or does it have US regions not usable in Europe?

Sorry to re-up an old topic, but I discovered that my bluray doesn't work anymore.... I tried the email adress below and received an automatic answer. I sent back the needed informations, and received again the same auto answer.... It's been 3 weeks and no news. Do you think that it's still possible to receive a replacement ?
